Join the St. George’s community in Sunday Worship via Live-stream or in person this Sunday, and every Sunday, to stay connected with community and faith. Today, we celebrate the 255th Anniversary of the first preaching at St. George’s by Joseph Pilmore, whose journal can be found here in the HSG Museum and Archives. In his journal are these words from that occasion: “I preached in our New Church to a numerous Congregation, with great freedom of mind……”
This week’s sermon title: “God Bless It!”
Rev. Dr. William B. Wilson, Sr., pastor
Dominic Silla, Director of Music
Worship soloists: Bruce Adams & Willa Douglas
*All three hymns sung today were written by Charles Wesley prior to the founding of St. George’s.
Sunday School: All children ages 3 & up are welcome to attend Sunday school with Miss Dawn.
